Car Magnets and Quality

Regarding quality and guarantees on car magnets.

1 - Do you print directly on magnet material?  Most manufacturers who print magnets at high volumes use printing on vinyl as a first step. Magnets are made from a graphite material and must be coated with paint or vinyl to be suitable for use. Vendors who imply that they somehow have magnets that are white on one side and graphite on the other - how's that happen? Its less expensive in the long run to invest in the equipment that allows full color printing and then seal high quality weatherproof  vinyl to magnet material - weather seal and UV coated to seal and prevent fading from the sun.

2 -Do you sell outdoor magnets - or refrigerator magnets? all of the magnets shown here are outdoor rated - we do not sell refrigerator magnets - they are thin and printed on paper as a base material.

2 - Do you use "digital"? - Digital is a very broad term that is not a print process. Digital color analysis is used everyday to set up reproduction of color on just about everything from car paint to the computer screen and your TV. If you would prefer not to have the colors you submit digitally analyzed - we can use standard PMS colors to make magnets the same way silk screeners have been using them for years - you loose half tones and depth but we will do it.

3- Do you use permanent outdoor inks? - YES just because an image is produced in a plant that uses the latest technology - it does not mean that the ink quality is less. Every full color ad that appears in store windows - stickers, professional signage for branding at retail stores are all printed by the same process we use.

4- Do you guarantee your product for 5 years? This sounds like a very good thing.  I have never seen the details on how exactly this works. I can't imagine how anyone would go about getting hundreds of individual magnets back from consumer cars and replacing or refunding them after 5 years but we are open to suggestions that make sense - meanwhile - we are rated by the BBB and have an A+ rating. We've been in business for almost 10 years and continue to have a dedication to making sure that any customer who buys our product is happy with it.
